Event Photography is a very broad description, but if you have any type of public gathering, you may wish to document your event.
As you can see in the images below, I specialize in capturing the drama of performance art in low-light conditions but enjoy shooting any live event from dance to theater to music to corporate events.
Sports photography, where to begin? If it moves, I will shoot it!
In addition to using Canon’s top-of-line camera bodies (EOS 1DX and 1MK IVs), I have invested in lenses explicitly designed for sports such as the EF 300mm f/2.8 and 70mm-200mm f/2.8 I love shooting in all kinds of inclement weather. Once I am wrapped up in Gore-Tex, and my cameras are wrapped up in Gore-Tex, bring on the weather!
We can meet anywhere in Rhode Island for a location/action shoot, or we can work in my Richmond, Rhode Island Studio. I am very comfortable around animals and have a great deal of patience ( and it takes a lot of patience) to get you the capture that you desire.
The first point of contact that many will have with your business is your web site, how do you and your leadership team look? Do you need to up your game and improve the quality of the staff photos on your website?
I recognize that it is a challenge to coordinate your team, their schedule, and that of a photographer: it is like herding cats!
To smooth out the scheduling process, I can travel to your business or organization with a mobile studio (lights and the appropriate backdrops, as needed) and will set up in your location. In this way, your employees show up to work as usual and will have their portraits taken onsite! It takes me about 30 minutes to set-up and be ready for the first member of your team.
Or, if you require candid style corporate photography, I can move from office-to-office, conference room or on the manufacturing floor as need.
First impressions do matter.
I have a considerable catalog of Burlesque work for a couple of reasons Burlesque shows are a whole lot of fun and it is not what the average person thinks it is and secondly, as a photographer, shooting Burlesque keeps me honest. Typically, Burlesque shows are held in pubs and clubs with extremely poor lighting and I have to work extremely hard to shoot a good set. You can’t mail in a Burlesque shoot.
The problem with stock photography is that it is stock photography and if you are building out a new website or are updating an existing website (or marketing collateral) consider hiring George to shoot images in your operation or business to capture a set of marketing images, unique to your company, to separate your business from your competitors.
