Week 1 is in the books!

Narragansett Youth Track Series: A Fun and Free Way for Kids to Get Active

The Narragansett Youth Track Series is a great way for kids ages 2-13 to get active and have fun. The series takes place on Monday evenings at the Narragansett High School track, and it’s free to participate.

The events are designed to be low-key and fun, and there are no tryouts or pressure to win. Kids are grouped by age and ability, so everyone has a chance to succeed. There are a variety of events to choose from, including sprints, distance runs,  and the long jump.

In addition to the running events, there are also plenty of opportunities for kids to have fun and socialize. There’s a snack bar, a bounce house, and a DJ playing music. The events are a great way for kids to make new friends and get excited about track and field.
