Remote working has become an essential component of our economy during the Covid years, and many will continue to work remotely long after the pandemic has gone.
Zoom, Microsoft teams, Go-to-Meeting, and many more online meeting platforms have made online meetings, for remote teams, a breeze.
Corporate headshots have been typically used for PR, websites, and marketing collateral, but now there is a need for headshots for remote workers, especially on messaging platforms.
After many months of remote working and onboarding new employees, we begin to lose our memories of each other. And that’s not good for the team!
From a company branding perspective, all employees should have quality, standardized headshots when communicating with clients and all external parties. Individual emojis and random photos may not support the brand of the organization.
Take control of your brand with standardized headshots.
I will visit your organization with a mobile studio, which comprises:
- Backdrop stand and backdrop (using a color of your choice)
- Posing stool and table
- Two studio lights and softboxes
- MacbookPro, which is tethered to the camera for immediate photo review (two views – the shot and a face closeup)
- Canon EOS 1DX with an EF85mm f/1.2 portrait lens
- Wireless triggers for the studio lights
To ensure that everything goes smoothly on he day of the shoot, I build the studio and test all on the technology the evening before the shoot, to make sure that everything is working. I then break it down for transportation.
I will need 30 minutes to set the studio up at your location.
Note, that when scheduling your staff, I request – if possible – that we group all those that wear glasses together as it requires a different light set up to avoid light glare on the glasses.
