On Saturday, I was covering the Blessing of the Fleet for  So Rhode Island Magazine and no coverage would be complete with out a photo of a boat being blessed. I positioned myself, framed up the shot and just as I waited for ‘my moment’ a member of the public pushed in front of me to wave to the fleet and took my shot away from me. This happens to every photographer. It is frustrating but ‘it is what it is’. Always have  a plan ‘B’
