Public spaces like the Cliff Walk, Brenton Point and Fort Adams are open to everyone, so a quiet surprise proposal there doesn’t need a permit. Private properties are different. Castle Hill Inn and the mansions  all need permission in advance, and Castle Hill now clears every shoot through its events team. I’ll tell you exactly what each spot requires on our planning call.
