Lincoln Drive at Fort Adams State Park is the most private spot I know in Newport. It’s a quiet bayside road used mostly by locals walking dogs or fishing, even in August, and you can park right on the water. If you want guaranteed privacy, reserve the Goat Island Lighthouse area through the Newport Harbor Island Resort’s events team.
