Harbor Lights Wedding: Amy and Jason
Amy and Jason
The weather at your wedding can be worrisome, and for Amy & Jason, it certainly was. With a storm front due to sweep through Harbor Lights at the time of the outdoor wedding ceremony. The event facility had no option but to move the wedding ceremony indoors.
Lousy weather is a challenge for the photographer but something which could easily be depressing for the bride and groom. Amy and Jason were troopers; they kept smiling and just rolled with it.
I have photographed a few inclement weddings, and the key to making your wedding day successful is not to worry (too much) over the weather. Your wedding day will be awesome regardless of the weather.
As you will see in the photographs below, Amy and Jason had lovely weather before and after the ceremony.
One of the keys to a magnificent sunset is to have rain earlier in the day, and so I knew that we were, most likely, going to have a gorgeous sunset. I was so happy that we captured these beautiful wedding portraits of Harbor Lights at Sunset.
